About Jens Laugesen & GROUND ZEROTRILOGY
Renowned for his conceptual approach and Hybrid Reconstruction philosophy, Jens Laugesen has spent over two decades redefining fashion by blending traditional couture craftsmanship with digital innovation. His accolades include collaborations with Calvin Klein and Swarovski and the coveted LVMH ANDAM Award. Notably trained under Professor Louise Wilson at Central Saint Martins, Laugesen’s work is steeped in forward-thinking ideas ranging from genetic manipulation to the conceptual glitch, first seen in his collaborations with Nick Knight at SHOW studio. The GROUND ZERO Trilogy debuted after the events of 9/11 as an exploration of destruction and reconstruction. Now, in a post-pandemic world, Laugesen reimagines these themes of chaos and renewal through the lens of digital fashion, meta modernism, and AI-driven design-an evolution that merges the physical and virtual realms like never before.
