Sadler’s practice revolves around the concept of the “active archive”, engaging with materials imbued with personal and collective histories. Book Signing & Q&A: Outsider/s by Oli Raptor
In conversation with Domenic Johnson
Join us for an intimate evening celebrating Outsider/s—the powerful debut monograph by emerging queer photographer Oli Raptor. This strictly limited-edition hardback (only 200 copies) is a full-colour, unfiltered tribute to queer bodies, wild landscapes, and the radical freedom to exist beyond convention.
Shot across London, the US, and Europe, Outsider/s places queer figures in natural settings—visible, unbound, and defiantly present. Raw yet tender, the work spans Oli’s journey from Baltimore to London and stands as both a love letter to queer visibility and a bold response to online censorship.
The evening includes a book signing and Q&A with Oli Raptor and acclaimed writer and curator Domenic Johnson, whose essay Cruising, or the free circulation of sexual capital features in the book.
Oli Raptor depicts a world in which the free circulation of sexual capital is not a dream but a reality. – Domenic Johnson

QUEER COGNITION: A Season of Cinema Beyond the Binary
QUEER COGNITION: A Season of Cinema Beyond the Binary is a curated series (May–August 2025)
celebrating the complexity, resilience, and radical creativity of queer lives around the world. Spanning
decades and continents, the season centres voices that challenge convention, reclaim space, and
reimagine identity beyond binaries. Presented in the lead-up to Pride London, Queer Cognition brings
together groundbreaking narratives and documentaries that resist erasure and ignite cultural memory,
exploring queerness as a living, evolving force, rooted in history and defined by collective creativity.
