Join us for the next instalment of our series of immersive yoga session centred around themes of health and wellness.
As the year draws to a close, we invite you to a space for inner reflection—a time to consider what you’re grateful for and what you’re ready to release, using this moment to set intentions for the new year.
This event includes a one-hour yoga session followed by a 45-minute short film screening.
The yoga session will start with intention-setting, followed by a guided meditation, gentle flow, and deep relaxation. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a curated selection of short films that explore the essence of gratitude and its various expressions.
