These facilities are unmanned, and all use is at the guest’s personal risk The owner, manager and/or operator of these premises, amenities and facilities, and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property, whether arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or gross negligence or wrongful acts or omissions from the owner, manager and/or operator of the hotel or its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives. Children under the age of 16 must not use the pool facilities without supervision by an adult person. The maximum number of people allowed in the pool at any one time is 28. This includes a maximum of 5 children at any one time. Adults only after 6pm. Please shower before using the swimming pool. Use of glassware of glass bottles in the pool area is prohibited. Please take care, pool surrounds may be slippery when wet. Please do not relocate pool deck furniture. In the interest of your safety, CCTV cameras are in operation.
